Society for Organizational Learning Education Partnership (SoL Ed)
Founded by Jaimie P. Cloud, Peter Senge, Lees Stuntz, and Linda Booth Sweeny, the SoL Education Partnership is a national learning community that is comprised of a network of local “sites” dedicated to forming strong collaborative relationships within, between, and among schools and communities. The Partnership is defined by the integration of the following four frameworks:
- Education for Sustainability
- Organizational Learning
- Systems Thinking
- Youth Engagement
Member sites share best practices on integrating the four fields of inquiry into their school and community learning processes though online communication tools and occasional site visits. The SoL Ed Gathering, an annual event, brings all member sites, educators, and students, together to engage in systems thinking activities, workshops, and experiential Learning Journeys.
